Visiting rules of the bath complex "888"

3. Please be informed that the temperature regime in the rooms is set only by employees of the bath complex "888".

4. We remind you that eating and drinking alcoholic beverages at the territory of the bath complex "888" is permitted only in designated areas.

5. We honor and respect to each guest, and believe in good manners of our visitors. So we hope for due respect to employees of the bath complex "888" in response.

6. It is prohibited to stay in the washing compartment, steam rooms and the pool under alcohol, drugs and toxicological intoxication. At suspicion on signs of alcohol and / or drugs, toxicological intoxication of the guest, and their sequelae (such as hangover, etc.) staff of the complex have the right not to allow the client come in, applying appropriate measures to the specified persons (bringing out beyond the complex or calling law enforcement officers).

7. Smoking is strictly restricted in the bath complex "888". *

About storage and security of personal staff

1. The guests of the complex are offered to leave overclothe in the wardrobe, personal staff and clothing should be stored in a closet in the locker room.

2. Bath complex "888" is not responsible for damage, loss, shortage of staff and valuable property left by a visitor unattended.

3. Bath complex "888" is not responsible for the safety of cars parked outside the building or in the parking lot near the bath complex.

On staying in the locker rooms, showers and washing compartments

1. You are kindly requested not to leave garbage in the cupboards and on benches.

2. Do not leave your staff unattended in unclosed cabinets.

3. The guests are kindly requested not to use bath accessories (sheets, bathrobes, scarves, shale) for other purposes.

4. Please do not forget your staff.

5. It is prohibited to put a towel and bed sheets on the floor indoor (locker rooms, washing rooms, showers, massage rooms, steam rooms, pool).

6. It is prohibited to take the property of the bath complex "888" out.

On the services of the massage room

Worried about the health and safety of the visitors, we refuse the guest to conduct a massage if he has the following general contraindications:

1) acute and chronic diseases of the skin, internal organs, the presence of open wounds and ulcers, severe allergic reactions;

2) inflammation of the lymphatic vessels and nodes;

4) infectious diseases;

5) pregnancy.

1. Before visiting the steam room it is recommend having a consultation with doctors on contraindications.

2. Before visiting the steam room it is recommended to take a warm shower, while not sopping head, and then wipe.

3. Benches in the steam rooms are located at different heights. Use the shelves at the height where the temperature is the most comfortable for you.

4. Control the duration of stay in the steam rooms according to the health and capabilities of your body.

5. Upon entering the steam room we recommend to cover head with cotton cap to avoid overheating of the head vessels.

6. Be careful with the hot stove-heater.

7. After warming we recommend gradual cooling: take a contrast shower, plunge into the cool pool.

8. Abrupt changes in temperature are not safe for health. Do not take too hot or too cold shower before restoring normal body temperature and blood pressure.

9. It is forbidden to pour undiluted essential oils and other aromatic liquids to the stove in the Russian steam bath.

10. It is forbidden to visit a steam room:

within 30 minutes after intense exercise;
less than 1.5-2 hours after a heavy meal;
fasting;
under the influence of alcohol, drugs and poison intoxication;
with pustular and contagious diseases;
with any complaints.

About using the pool

1. Before visiting the pool you must take a shower with soap and a washcloth.

2. Be extremely careful and cautious - floor coverings in the area of the washing compartment, showers, steam rooms, swimming pools and stairs can be slippery. You are kindly requested to hold the handrails and wear rubber slippers.

3. Treatment of water in swimming pools is carried out in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations. The complex is not liable if the visitors briefly disrupt the condition of the water because of non-compliance with the rules of personal hygiene.

Absolute contraindications:

- benign and malignant tumors of various locations, osteomyelitis, ulcers, peripheral vascular atherosclerosis, thromboangiitis combined with arteriosclerotic cerebral vessels, accompanied by cerebral crises;

- aneurysm of vessels, aorta, heart; thrombosis, thrombophlebitis, circulatory failure of the third degree, valvular heart decompensation, acute myocardial ischemia arising suddenly;

- expressions of sclerosis of cerebral vessels with a tendency to thrombosis and hemorrhage, bronchiectasis under tissue decay, pulmonary heart disease of the third degree, acute heart failure, pulmonary edema, renal and hepatic failure, active tuberculosis, sexually transmitted diseases, mental illness with excessive excitation and significantly altered the psyche.

Temporary contraindications:

- various diseases of skin, nails, scalp of contagious, fungal and unknown etiology, multiple skin rashes, skin lesions, suppurative processes, inflammation of the lymph nodes, blood vessels, hemorrhage, bleeding (epistaxis, intestinal tract, uterine), allergic diseases, high body temperature, acute inflammation, hypertonic or hypotonic crises, nausea, vomiting, heart pain, acute respiratory disease within two to five days after them, common serious conditions in various diseases and injuries.

Local contraindications:

- warts, lesions, skin irritations, abrasions and cracks, neurodermatitis, eczema, a local increase in morbidity and lymph nodes, significant varicose veins with trophic disorders, mastopathy;

- lumbar area and stomach - ovarian cyst, endometriosis, pain on palpation of the abdomen (in various diseases), diseases of the abdominal cavity with a tendency to bleeding, after bleeding due to peptic ulcer disease, and diseases caused by the female genitalia diseases or injury, menstruation, pregnancy. For women - two months during the puerperal period.

Administration of the bath complex "888" is not liable for accidents caused due to non-compliance with established safety rules by guests and urges to follow the recommendations and regulations.
