Children have always been the most vulnerable part of our society. In the modern world we especially want to protect children from all destructive things: indifference and cruelty, undesirable information, wars and heavy diseases.

Today, on the Children's Day, I would like to emphasize that every child has the "right for childhood." Only we, the adults, can provide a bright and carefree childhood. May each child feel secure, needed, loved and infinitely happy!
